Neil Wheelock Deforest Smith and I, Natasha Tsozik, are inviting you to join us to "paint" my studio BLUE. Community art show dedicated to giving space for local artists.
Any art style, medium, or subject, but one color — BLUE.

Requirements
Color palette: any shades of blue.
Size, weight, and hanging gear: No bigger then . Every artwork should be ready for hanging. No extra heavy pieces.
Medium: Any art style, medium, or subject. Digital printed art can also participate. No gen AI.
Fees
Fees (art in the BLUE exhibition): $45 per application, all proceeds from your sold artworks are yours, we don't take commission on artworks sold as part of BLUE exhibition.
Commission
Commission (merchandise): artists can have their merch sold (stickers, pins, prints, t-shirts etc.) There's a 30% commision on any merch sold during the month of BLUE artshow. You retain 70% of the proceeds.

Neil Wheelock Deforest Smith
Neil Wheelock Deforest Smith is an American artist based in Asia and a founding member of 헤쳐모여 (Hechyeomoyeo), an artist-run community based in South Korea. The collective has collaborated with more than 2,000 creatives from over 30 countries, bringing together independent artists, designers, writers, and cultural practitioners. Through exhibitions, publications, and collaborative projects, Hechyeomoyeo creates platforms where hundreds of artists gather to celebrate independent culture and creative exchange.
Smith’s own practice centers on intuitive pictorial storytelling and experimental use of materials, often incorporating found objects and unconventional processes. Since 2023, his work has been exhibited internationally, including in Seoul, Tokyo, Yogyakarta, Da Nang, Bangkok, Bristol, and Busan, and has appeared in exhibitions alongside artists such as Ai Weiwei, Lee Ufan, and Anish Kapoor.
Natasha Tsozik
Natasha Tsozik is a San Francisco–based artist and the founder of Natasha Tsozik Fine Art Tattoo Studio, an intimate gallery and creative space located in the Dogpatch neighborhood. As an artist, her work explores botanical forms, animals, and figurative imagery through fine line drawing and black-and-grey tattoo designs. Her tattoo practice also reflects a mindful, vegan approach, using vegan inks and eco-conscious materials.
In addition to her tattoo practice, Natasha runs the studio as a platform for exhibitions, performances, and community gatherings. The space regularly hosts art shows, neighborhood events, and open studio weekends, creating opportunities for artists to present their work in a welcoming and informal setting.
Through these events, Natasha aims to foster artistic exchange and strengthen connections within the local creative community.
