Illustrative tattoo for N. A reminder of a journey to beautiful places.

N. had a perfect image of a tattoo in their mind. The picture of a cave was taken during the time in Asia. They wanted the tattoo to be black&grey, have the water look reflective, and bring out the stalagmites that are obstructed by the shadow.

Drawing stalactites was an intriguing process. For me, this project was an opportunity to improve my technique and style by moving away from drawing flowers. Although I would never get tired of them:) Check out the process of drawing!
